I live on a narrowboat with my adopted rescue cat - another

Customer Question

I live on a narrowboat with my adopted rescue cat - another 'boater' who is a nasty person and has no friends because of his 'unreasonable behaviour' over the years keeps threatening to 'set his dog'on my cat and also complained to Canal and River Trust that I am not at my allocated mooring site (£1.844.00 per year) only 10 minutes away. I am not there due to too many dogs and my cat was nearly killed by a dog last year. This has absolutely nothing to do with him whatsoever. He creeps around at 7.30 am checking that people have not moored for more than 14 days,if they have this nasty person reports them - again, nothing to do with him. I suffer from chronic depression and anxiety along with type 1 diabetes, with a new doctors medical (med 3) certificate-keep myself away from this nasty man -other boaters are intimidated by him ! I want to issue a court injunction about his behaviour, however due to illness, have no money. My lovely cat "Olly" is my life....what can I do ?
