Resolved Question:

Hello. Defendant has instigated the issue of a 'Notice of Hearing Application' endeavouring to have the judgement in favour of the claimant set aside. There is a chance that he will have sent a covering letter with his application. If a letter was sent does the Claimant have the right to see this as it relates directly to the case? ie can I ask for a copy if a letter was indeed sent?
Thanks
Pete
