Customer Question

I writes this lether to Mrs/Ms. because I need help and do not know already who
can help me my.
03/03/2015 husband got a sentence of imprisonment three years (18 months to
incarceration) for assault.
Such a judgment got only because not put himself on the matter and had every
time another lawyer.
Husband indeed committed an act for which she is serving his sentence but I
would say it was more of a self-defense because the victim weighs about 130kg
and goes to gym and my husband just 70kg.
Besides from what is found out that the witnesses lied in testimony.
I saw a vision whole event but unfortunately I was not a witness in the case
because he decided that, and so I will be little credible witness (and here
was my mistake).
I have a photograph of my husband from that beating, but for anyone that is
not proof.
The last of his lawyer was not a professional, and even after the judgment did
not deign to send the letter to the right to appeal.
Immigration lawyer hired because her husband threatened deportation to Polish.
Woman which deals this case contact with criminal lawyers (his defenders)
asking for appeals.
Defenders told with on appeal is too late and there is no rationale for this.
I contacted the lawyer asking about the incident basis, and I heard the
apelaji time is 28 days (until the deadline passes 03/31/2015).
Why do they prevent the defenders of the appeal?
Why does no one advised him of their rights?
These are questions to which I am looking for a response from the beginning of
my husband's judgment.
Can not afford to rent me a lawyer in this case because it is cost about 10
thousand pounds.
Husbands facing deportation, because it has a sentence above 12 months.
I fear that my consultant not cope with this issue because we've only been
here two years and I can not imagine my life without my husband's further.
The fact that he got so big judgment and not quite right makes that I can not
sleep.
For the Polish do not have nothing to come back, we do not have a house there,
and even as we both worked diligently we are not able to earn a to live a
dignified.
We have two children (12 and 7 years) for 2 years which they walk to school
here.
I work here since the beginning of arrival.
Here I have a brother and a sister suffering from cancer, Poland mom suffering
from multiple sclerosis, which also support the financially (and in Poland, I
will not stand for it).
The situation in terms of my husband's family is uninteresting, admittedly has
a mother and a brother in Poland but for years does not maintain contact with
them.
From the age of 16 is on maintaining their own parents because it is not
interested.
I and our children are his only family, of which it really never had, that is
why I know that this will be for him to deportation as a death sentence, not
just for him but for us also.
Bears the punishment for wrong judgment but the greatest punishment that the
deportation.
We been married 12 years and does not want to allow material to breakdown of
marriage because I love him very much and my children need a father.
We were treated as pawns in the game, discriminated against just because we
know the language poorly and do not know the local laws.
I had a problem even with the establishment of the prison in which he lived
husband, because no one wanted to give me any information.
Husband asking his lawyer to inform me of judgment cites replied, "I am
not the problems you deal in of the family" (professional approach to
customer).
Very I count for help because you do not know already what I do.
I will be very grateful for any help because she feels the same can not
already cope with this issue.
what are your chances of success???
