How many months are you behind in rent? Or have you not paid anything at all?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

hi alex, i have'nt paid anything, just maintained the place

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

hi alex, i have'nt paid any rent at all, i've just kept it maintained

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
You have no rights.
The landlord will need a Court order to evict you. But without any agreement or rent paid the Landlord will need a Court order to get rid of you. But as there is no agreement you have no rights at all.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
