May I have an answer please?

It means that they are passing off. You need to get a solicitor to write and ask them to stop or say you will seek an injunction. If they refuse then you need to complete forms n1
http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n001-eng.pdf
And N16a
http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n016a-eng.pdf
The court will list the matter for hearing and decide whether to grant an injunction. If the court grants it and they break it you can apply to have them committed for contempt of court.
Can I clarify anything or you about this today please?
