Hi,
Thank you for your question and welcome.
My name is ***** ***** I will assist you.
Is his loan registered as a debt in the company accounts or has it been converted to equity?
Does the loan document allow him to call in the loan?
Was a shareholder resolution passed approving converting the loan to shares? Did this shareholder consent?
Kind regards
AJ

Hello, please do not remove any more money from my credit card account. I have no interest in any further contact as the reviews etc show that this is just a money making scam and I don't want to be involved.
