they have made a complete mess, I have holes in walls were they channeled out for cables, unfinished edges, complete shoddy workmanship, i kept going back to the shop, they confirmed that fitter did not work for them anymore, now they want to put it right after 15 months, I had no running water for 9 days and no cooker for 11 days, they only want to put it right to collect payment, and i have told them they had 12 months to put it right.
Can they make me pay after keeping me waiting this long and already being out of pocket ,taking a month off for an installation that should have taken 5 days
no, and i wont let them, even though they want to,
i have complained since the first month and they never offered any help untill we had passed the 12 month date of installation
they told me it was approx 5 day install. they never asked for access to address the issues untill over 12 months had passed
