Hi
What has she done with the money - do you know?
Clare
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

She said she put £10.000.00 in ISA's now she's change her mind and say's it was £5000.00

she say's she gave one of son Steve £5000.00 now suddenly it's £1.500.00

I think she gave her daughter the money for a new car.

That's all I know as she's always been secretive.I've always shown her my bank details, but she would never allow me to see hers, but to fair I've never asked to see them.

Hi
Whilst yours has been a short relationship the fact that you gave your wife such a large lump sum means that you have a clear financial claim on the matrimonial home - indeed you could claim 50% of it within the divorce proceedings
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
