You would need to add the following words at the end of the proposed clause "unless the claim was caused by the wilful actions, negligence or default of the Landlord".
Otherwise, it would be deemed to be an unfair contract term.
This is because in law, a Landlord or any other person for that matter, is responsible for any damage/loss incurred by a third party, due to negligent actions taken by the Landlord/person.
