Hello and thanks for using Just Answer.
My name is ***** ***** am happy to assist you with your enquiry.
Whenever the Freehold interest ina property is sold, it is sold subject to any existing Tenancy which is in place. Therefore the Buyer has to honour any Lease you have, and he is unable to terminate it early by giving 6 months Notice or any form of Notice.
You are therefore 100% totally secure for the whole duration of your Lease.
I hope this assists and sets out the legal position to you.
If I have helped, I would be grateful if you could rate my answer.
Many thanks for your answer.
