Consumer Law question We purchased two sets of patio doors about a year ago and from day one we have had problems. However the company has tried to correct the problems and in the last year we have had over ten visits and last week they completely replaced the whole installation. However there were problem during the installation and both sets still have problems. My question is how do I stand if the company is still trying to correct problems can I ask for all the money back which is about £12K plus compensation. My partner has been quite ill with all the stress and we have had to redecorate twice.
