Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Did you complain to the police please?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi Alex;

I did not complain to the police since this has turned out to be a civil matter. I will make a report and see if there is anything further they can do..

In the meantime, I want to pursue another avenue should the police investigation prove less effective.

Is there anyway I can subpoena the information from the Bank?

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
You can ask the Bank to disclose specific documents, even if they are not a party to the case.
You would need to complete forms N1
http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n001-eng.pdf
And N244
http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n244-eng.pdf
You cant ask for blanket disclosure but disclosure of specific items.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Thanks Alex;

I was given this form by the bank, and have already completed it..

I was in doubt about it as it relates to a claim, and not necessarily what I wanted it for.. but thankfully, you've clarified that.

Should I submit this form to the court as is, or do I need to submit additional information with it?

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
It would be submitted to the Court who would send it to the bank.
