Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
Are you paying via the CSA or a Court Order?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No, an agreement that was arranged between us round about 2004.

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Why does it matter if someone pays through CSA, COURT ORDER OR

an agreement between me and my ex. I would have thought there would

be a universal decision, not one law for one and one law for another!!!

Expert:  Clare replied 2 years ago.
Hi
i am afraid there are indeed different rules around payments depending on the basis on which is paid.
Since you are paying on a voluntary basis your liability will end at the end of the college/school term she is currently in.
If in fact she finished last term you can stop immediately.
If you had been paying via the CSA you woudl have had to keep paying until September, and a Court Order could have set an even later date
Please ask if you need further details
