Resolved Question:

I am on benefits due to severe Emphysema. I am due to inherit about £9,000 from my late father what can I do to stop it affecting my benefit. Also I am one of two Executors. I am having tests to see if I am eligible to go on Lung Transplant List. Thanyou. dawn

Are you sure as it Income related and I get the higher rate on both. I also get my rent and council tax paid
