-Could you explain your situation a little more?

She has accused me of pushing slapping and kicking her wich I deny we argued over a phone and all I did was push her off as she was bending my fingers back. I've now been charged with common assault by beating but no injuries

It was self defence, is that right? What injuries is she claiming? Is there any photographic evidence?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

She's not claiming injuries and no photografic evidence

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
Ok.If convicted then no you wont go to prison.
