Social services are applying court order

Customer Question

Social services are applying for a court order for permanent foster placement until independent living of my thirteen year old based on assessments by a social worker who I had only met 5 minutes prior to a looked after meeting for my child in this meeting I had to listen to inaccurate facts and blatant lies and the most ironic thing of all they concluded that they would apply for this order whilst her fifteen year sister who is clinically depressed is allowed to be at home I have enough experience of social services to know they present facts in such a way that a saint would have difficulty proving their innocence so don't feel there is any point in attending
