Just a quick question.
I have applied, paid and received a transcription of one of the hearings.
Are the Defendants automatically sent a copy by the agency/court.
Thanks Sandra

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
If you file an appellants notice with it - yes.
Does that help?

Hi Ya

What is an 'appellants notice'.

I am the Claimant and I applied to the court for a copy of the transcript. I had to nominate a transcription company (from the courts list), Pay for it and it was emailed me to. (I know you know the procedure so just supplied the information cos I thought it might help). I did not give the Transcription Company the Defendants details.

No, it wont be sent automatically. If you want them to have it, then you need to send them a copy.

tbh I don't want them to have it. I know that sounds not right, but they have told so many lies throughout the case, it would be better for me if they don't have a copy of it and tell more lies.

It would make it easier for me to catch them out again.

Thank you for your help and hope you have a good evening xxx

Its only if you appeal they get a copy.

it is still in the disclosure - pre statement phase. So I haven't got the judgement against them yet.
