Dropped off at preston hospital but drove back out of hoslital the wrong way it is a one way system j didnt realise until i seen the arrows

No it only happended this morning but im worried i will get in trouble

The short answer is that it depends upon the nature of the ownership of the land.
If this is local council owned land then there may be contraventions here. It depends upon a number of factors such as what the traffic management order says and whether or not the signs are adequate.
It is possible that it is just private land. Hospitals sometimes are. If so then although they can send you out a fine the truth is that it is very difficult for them to enforce it against you.
They would have to show that the signing is adequate to alert motorists to the prohibition and even then the chances that they will sue are minimal.
