I am involved in a civil litigation case - I am the Claimant.

Resolved Question:

I am involved in a civil litigation case - I am the Claimant. - The four Defendants were represented by a solicitor, however we have just been informed that the solicitor is no longer representing them.
What I need to know is we have an application that is due to be heard on Friday.
Since the defendants do not have legal representation now do all four of them have to attend the hearing, or can only one attend (representing all four)

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Yes they all need to attend the hearing. One can't attend, they all must. One can't represent them. Even if one wanted to represent, the others would still need to attend.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
