Hello. I have made a claim in the county court for money which is owed to me. The defendant has filed a defence but he has typed it all, including his name where his signature should have been. Is this still valid? Thank you.

I can see their defense when I logon, but how can I tell if they submitted it online or not? .... and what is the "bar" they are refering to? This is the timeline I see online:

Ok then yes it is valid. You did not sign the particulars of claim as it was electronic, so the same could apply. But yes it is valid.

It means you cant enter Judgment because they put a defence in.
