Customer Question

According to the ACPO Code of Practice (Which cover England and Wales) it give guidance for officers who are using their speedometer to access a drivers speed that they must follow the vehicles 2/10 of a mile (321 Meters) before they can take action. I live in Scotland and there must be similar guidance for Police Scotland, do you have any idea?
