Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
Do you pay via the CSA or under a Court Order?
How old is your son?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

neither , agreement written up by solicitors. I was told that my last payment should be at the end of his school year ie when he leaves. He officially left on Friday 26/06 when he had his leavers assembly and he returned any books.

Do you think you will have an answer for me today , if not can I ask someone who can deal with it sooner.

My apologies for the delay
What will he be doing next (sadly it is a relevant question)
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Depending on his A level results , hopefully university.

If you wish to be generous then you cold pay for July.
If you had been paying via the CSA you would have had to make your last payment in September.
As things stand if you make no further payments there is nothing your ex can do
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
