Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
Which bit are you stuck on please?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Hi Alex, I have a judgement through the Money Claims Online service and have filled for an interim charging order which has now been granted. The letter from the court states I have to submit to the court prior to the hearing the Certificates of Service, am I thinking this is just for the Interim order as I was led to believe that due to filling through the MOL I wouldn't have to submit the certificate for the CCJ process.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Ellen

Certificate of service for what, the interim charging order?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes for the Interim Charging Order

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
Ok. Have you sent a copy of the order to the debtor? If so you just fill out a form to say you have. The court won't send the debtor an interim charging order, you have to do it,
The form is here

Dies that help?

Great I am about to send to the debtor today so will fill the form in.

With regards ***** ***** filing of the CCJ through MCOL do I also need to send in the N215 or would all this of been covered through using their service?

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
No. You only need the n215 for the interim charging order only, nothing else.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
