Good morning, I am currently renting a property in Slough.

Customer Question

Good morning, I am currently renting a property in Slough. I am paying £560 p.c.m. The landlords are raising it to £595.00 p.c.m as from 26 August 2015. My question is..are they allowed to raise it by this amount considering the rate of inflation? If so am I entitled to request this studio/1 bed apartment be fitted with a secure draft free door and windows?
Look forward to your reply.

Hi Alex, Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately asking for your help will cost me rather too much money in the long run and therefore I regretfully decline your service. Thankyou again for your time. Audrey
