I have recently changed my internet service provider from Sky to Talk Talk. Talk Talk have sold me a package of up to 80mb fibre broadband however I am barely able to achieve 9mb. I have asked to cancel this pakage as I believe it has been missed sold and they are charging me a cancelation fee of £258. I feel I have been mis sold this pakage where do I stand?
