Hello,
Did your husband leave behind a Will?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No will was left. I have been grated probate over his possessions.
I have the receipt my husband obtained on buying the car and I ha e the registration document which is in his name.

Thank you.

You are entitled to all his personal belongings including his car and you may call the police and see if they are willing to get involved and have yourcar returned to you.

Otherwise it may be advisable for you to go to a solicitor and ask the solicitor to write a letter to his family asking for the car to be returned to you as you own it by law and pointing out that failure to return the car will be deemed to be theft.

All the best
