I booked a holiday on the 17th April 2015 I paid for the hotel flight on my mothers Lloyds credit card on the 24th April 2015 I received a letter from Lloyds collectors saying I had gone over the limit and to cut the card in half and send it back I new I had not so I rang them they had told me that the hotel had taken the payment out twice and I asked them could they send me a statement out I have received one I emailed the hotel said they would get back to me in 24 hours they did not I wrote to Lloyds and sent recorded delivery I have never received an answer I went on holiday spoke to the manager of the hotel and gave him my confirmation letter said he would sort that week I have been back nearly a week and still heard nothing went into Lloyds bank I was told by a member of staff that that they could sort it out if I went to the help desk when I went I was told I would have to get in touch with another part of the branch I have also emailed the hotel and still no reply this has been going on since the 24th of April I have still got no satisfaction is there anything that I can do the amount of the holiday was £306 plus all the interest they are charging me Ms Elaine Gogerty
