My late husband who died 5 weeks ago paid into a Life Insurance

Customer Question

My late husband who died 5 weeks ago paid into a Life Insurance of £66.60 per month for 22 years and was heavily loaded due to his diabetes Type 1. I cannot find the policy nor the policy no and understand that a new company has taken over this policy and in June 2014 the DD was stopped by our Bank and Phoenix Life have no record of the policy either.
The life cover was for £200,000.00
What is my course of action.
