Land registery: the different from a b62 and b63 applaication for restriction of land? partner applied for b62 in march and this was defended, recently via new legal firm she has again applied a restriction of land b63 this time, i cannot find any difference online. i will defend it the same as last time, I do not deny she has a right but the figures are increasing with different reasons, should I let it go through or continue to defend?
