My husband has been asked personal appearance after pleading

my husband has been asked for a personal appearance after pleading guilty by post to driving on provisional licence with nobody in the car. He has got six points and a fine for same thing already. what should we do court is tomorrow morning?

Thank you for your question.
He has to be personally present as 12 points will result in a totting up disqualification. He will be asked to confirm his guilty plea and asked to say anything he wants in mitigation. The court will then impose a fine, six further points and a disqualification, probably six months.
