I bought a cleaning Franchise that has a 5 year contract I have been operating for 8 months but I absolutely hate it, is there any way to get out the contract. I have spoke to the Franchisor and he said I would need to pay the agency fee that is due for the rest of the contract for me to get out of it, this comes to £14,800 which I don't have. At the very end of the contract is says "This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. I live in Scotland so not sure if this makes any difference. One other things I was meant to get 5 days training but I only got 3 again not sure if this makes any difference. Any ideas, I am desperate?
It doesn't really say anything about if I want to terminate the contract just a whole section on if the franchisor terminates the contract
No that's great thanks for your help
