A Judge has redjicated a case and stated, that in light of the information he would have not been in favour of a bankruptcy order, he has maintained the legal position of the creditors, but has indicated that a previous application which was not heard needs looking
into. QUESTION DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE CASE IS OPEN UNTIL THIS POSITION IS CLARIFIED.
i HAVE BEEN VERBALLY ADVISED THAT IT IS OPEN BUT REQUIRE CLARIFICATION IT IS CORRECT.

Has the Court set aside the bankruptcy? Or just said it needs to be reviewed?

It needs to be reviewed

Sadly unless the Bankruptcy it is set aside it still remains in force. That Order must be set aside for the bankruptcy to be annulled.
The case is open until clarified.
