Customer Question

I have received a nip dated the 13th may which seems to be the original for a speeding offence dated the 19th feb. I have been told they sent the nip out on the 24th feb again march and aprill. They have now set a court date for prosecution on a late reply. This is my 1st time offence and thought I was going to be offered a speeding course. Can you help me with this?
