Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
Are there any identifying features used?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
My husband could easily be identified by people who know him or the situation.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
My husband was her Astronomy Tutor and she talks of events they have attended, she sort of skirts about the names of events but anyone who know him would know it's him.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The blog is written in her own name which is very unusual, I wasn't clear if you meant identifying her or us.

Hi
I meant you.
How did you become aware of it?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Stupidly I googled her name
Expert:  Clare replied 2 years ago.
Hi
So she did nothing to bring it to your attention and she is not using your husband's name?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Sadly that's the case, I assume she's just exercising her right to freedom of speech.

Hi
I am afraid provided she has not identified your husband nor done anything herself to bring the blog to your attention it cannot be harassment or stalking.
However if she did deliberately take steps to ensure that you or he can see it then that would change the situation
