How can I find a court record of a family court case? I don't

Customer Question

How can I find a court record of a family court case? I don't need details of the case, just prove that there was a court case between 2 parties.

When and where was it? Do you know the parties details?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

It was approximately 2004 to 2007, it was Portsmouth family court . I just have the parties names, address, date of birth.

If this was in the local family court there won't be any reports that you can access online. Family proceedings are usually in private anyway. You could contact the court and ask if they have a record if it relates to a case you were involved in; but if you were not a party to the procedings they may not be able to assist.
