I bought a bunch of second hand electrical products

Customer Question

Hi,
I bought a bunch of second hand electrical products from eBay. I would like to sell these to my company in order to refurbish and resell them. What paperwork do I need to do to achieve this?
Thank you,
Robert

Hello,
You do not need any paperwork as such to sell the products to your company but if you wish, you may sign a letter agreement saying you sell the products to the company for £x amount and have the agreement signed by you and for the company.
As far as refurbishment is concerned, the products may be subject to patent or design rights and you should ask the manufacturer of the products if possible if you may refurbish them.
Hope this helps
