HI
My apologies for the delay
So you collected rents on behalf of your spouse (and other people?)
You then used the money collected on behalf of your spouse to purchase another property for your spouse with your spouses knowledge and consent?

Yes rents collected on behalf of many clients.

Money (rents collected) was paid to a car sales firm on instructions of spouse for purchase of a car. Invoices etc. all refer to spouse not me.
