Resolved Question:

I have a court hearing tomorrow to set aside a statutory demand. I have just found an email that is NEW evidence to prove my innocence but was not included in my application with my other evidence. How can I use this new evidence?

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you
Have you already submitted a statement please?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes I have already submitted a statement and evidence of why I believe this is a tri-able dispute. The new evidence I have corroborates what I say in my statment further especially with the dates on the original email and it's content.
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
Then yes you can submit further evidence tomorrow. You would also need to serve this on the other side too.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
