What kind of legal contract can I get drawn up, that will

Resolved Question:

Hi, What kind of legal contract can I get drawn up, that will enforce an agreement I have with the partners in a start up business, who have promised that I will also be made a partner in the business when my ineligibility expires. Would a deed of trust do it?

Do you jointly own property with them?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No, it has nothing to do with property. It is a business

What is your relationship to these people? Have you made an investment?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

One is a friend and the other is an ex work colleague of his.

I haven't made an investment yet, but I do have money to invest which would have to be invested while I am still ineligible to be a partner.

Hello,
You may enter into an investment agreement with them whereby you invest money into the business and you make it a condition of your investment that you will be made a Partner when you become eligible to be made a Partner.
You may see this agreement for guidance and tailor it accordingly:
