Customer Question

Hello, I wonder if I have the right to reclaim the house I purchased, I left my first wife and children some time ago due to reasons long since put to bed. How-ever the children have now grown up and left home. My ex wife still resides in the home which I provided.
I am led to believe has had a number of partners since we parted.
She is now living under the name of Fisher, in the home I purchased can I repossess the house as Mr Fisher is her provider not I

Hello
Thank you for your question. I am a Solicitor and am able to help you.
Please can you tell me:-
1) Did you and your first wife get divorced?
2) If you did get divorced - did you deal with the issue of matrimonial finances (was there a court order or a consent order approved by the court)?
Kind Regards
Caroline
