Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Did the insurance company ever send a new policy document please?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

They did not as only changed number plate on the 21 July

Did think of it

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No they did not only changed number plate on the 21 August

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Not sure what you are asking now

Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
When you changed the plate on the vehicle, did your insurance company send you a new policy certificate?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

No they did not

Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
And you have no evidence whatsoever they changed the insurance?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Afraid not

Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
Do you have a phone record of when the call was made to the insurers?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Cannot prove it on the 21st August
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
It's bad news then I am afraid. If you had evidence of at least the call to the insurance company he would have had a defence. But sadly there is no evidence that there was a call, this means there is no defence.
I am so sorry that this is not the answer you want and sadly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
Alex

The fact that the insirance is fully paid up is not of interest
