The payment of 750.00 was paid by a consultant I work for to me - to pay to the individual for work carried out - I have a signed letter from the person who owes me 2900.00 stating that she is happy for me to recived the 750.00 from the afore mentioned consultant as she belives my good nature will mean I will simply just pay her even though she owes me this money
Just to clarify even though I have confrimation from this person in previous text correspodence that she will pay me this money against the outstanding debt even if she changes her mind -I still need to pay this £750.00 to her even though she owes me £2,900.00
She has promised to pay me on so many occassions and has failed on all her promises to date - so if I pay this to her I will see none of it - surely this cannot be right ?
The person who has paid me knows of the situtation hence the reason he asked for a letter from the person who owes the money to say that they are happy for me to recive the money owed and she has signed it and I have copied signed and dated.
However she is now asking me to pay her 400.00 of the 750.00 as she needs the cash so this is my problem as its yet another excuse for her not be pay me
Okay thank you however I find it very hard to understand when she has owes me £2,900.00 for cosmetic surgery she had and based on good faith would pay for this within 4 weeks - 7 months later no payment made excuse after excuse and the 750.00 to rub salt in the wound is for a modeling job to demonstrate how well the surgery work for her
