My son was convicted of a offence. He has some learning

Customer Question

My son was convicted of a sexual offence. He has some learning problems and was not given pre sentencing reports. The girl was known to make allegations against others and was removed from her family home due to accusing her step father. She also accused a teacher of the same thing. Can I appeal on his behalf, I'm so worried

Did he point that out to his barrister?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes but his solicitor said he was ok. I have psychological reports to support it.

Has he ever been declared that he is unfit as under the mental health act?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, he also has depression and says he is going to kill himself in prison. He should have been given a representative to help him. He would then have been allowed a ore sentencing report. I don't know how to help him
