Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you.
No you can't just close it, they are entitled to retain monies as per the money laundering regulations. They need to be satisfied as to the source of the funds. Therefore you can just show them you have won from an online casino. Once you have done that it will be released.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

the casino just sent me a statement showing my winnings will that be enough
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
So if the bank log into your casino account they can see your winnings have been won and sent?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
yeah a emailed statement
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
Ok. Then you should give an authority to the bank to contact the casino and have your details. They can then contact to confirm that it was won. Or you can allow them to log into your account and view the transaction.
But give them an authority and that should resolve it.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

can they phone the casino or do they not go that far
Expert:  Ash replied 1 year ago.
Well they wont call, they will probably want more solid evidence, such as a letter or to log into your account.
Login would be easiest.
Does that help?
