I have a parking fine accusing me of parking in a disabled

Customer Question

I have a parking fine accusing me of parking in a disabled bay which I didn't and even though I told them I have proof they failed to let me know that my appeal had failed they put the charge up to £160. From £60 and passed to a debt agency which was the first is heard back in over a month. I tried to explain to the debt company who said that because my wheels were on the white line I could have stopped aria led person from parking. The ticket says parking in a disabled bay without avalid blue badge. My vehicle was parked with 2 wheels on the white dividing line as a Luton was parked to my left over lapping my space and I had a passenger who needed to exit. Could you please help or point me to a solicitor who can take this case on
