HAVE HAD POOR SERVICE IN CHANGING MY BROADBAND DEALER WHO FAILED TO KEEP UP TO PROMISE IN COMPLETING PROVISION OF BROADBAND DESPITE SEVERAL 'PHONE CALLS AND NEED FOR USE. I ENDED UP WITH GOING BACK TO MY OLD SERVICE PROVIDER BUT WAS WITHOUT THE FACILITIES FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS IN TOTAL. I PAID £169.37 UP FRONT AND DESPITE NO SERVICE THE COMPANY ARE ASKING ME FOR £134.2 AFTER RETURNING TO ME THE SUM OF THE DIFFERENCE OF THOSE TWO SUMS. THEY ARE NOW THREATING DEBT COLLECTORS. IS IT WORTH MY WHILE CONTINUING WITH THE HASSLE?
