Hi Jo

my name is ***** ***** need help and advice today.

my partner was going to Holland from UK and as soon she arrived inn Calais she remembered that she forgot the house keys and she rang me, i told her to come back and drop the keys. i booked the ferry tickets for her to come back she was waiting for the ferry for about 3-4 hours in Calais and she came out of her to smoke for 3-4 times.. as soon as she arrived to Dover the Border Force asked her to stop for costumes. when they open the boot of the car they found a guy who had the same surname as me and he is also same nationality as me she got charged for facilitating then she was arrested and taken to police station she appeared in court the refused her bail application on that they. and i got arrested too as i went from london to dover to find out where is my partner and the charged me with funding and assistance her. however they bail me out but i had to go court later.

now i have some questions

1: how long will be the sentence if she plead guilty?

2: how long would be the sentence if she founded guilty?

3: this is her first offence and she is a law student too?

4:can she apply for bail again and what is significant change of circumstances means in terms of applying for bail again?

5: she also have mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and panic attack also she is full time career for her mum if that would help her with bail application?

if you could help me with these questions please

much appreciated

and i will be waiting for your advice and help

thank you
