Hello
Welcome to Just Answer
I am a Solicitor and will assist you.
If I can be frank - my advice to you is to not seek to prepare your own deed of trust.
Whilst there are numerous examples on the web of 'free' templates - preparing this type of document yourself is simply not worth the risk of a later dispute. A Solicitor will normally only charge about £100 - £150 to undertake this type of task for you. This would be money well invested to ensure that the job is completed correctly and accurately reflects the position.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards
Caroline
