What do you mean by suffered a loss?

Resolved Question:

Thanks for asking for me.
A loss would be a physical or recognised psychiatric illness DIRECTLY attributable to the breach of information. But as I said, if you were unable to act for yourself and had an illness of the mind, then it is perfectly proper for someone to speak to your Doctor.
But if in doubt complain to the Information Commissioner www.ico.gov.uk
Does that help?
