Can a neice forbid a step daughter to visit the neice's elderly

Resolved Question:

Can a neice forbid a step daughter to visit the neice's elderly aunt in hospital.
The step daughter is acting Power of Attorney for her step mother and has been looking after her affairs for a number of years, since her dad passed away in 1982?
Some acrimony has developed recently between the two parties

1. A niece has no lawful power or authority to determine who meets her aunt. In particular a niece has no lawful power to seek to prevent someone holding a Power of attorney over her aunt's affairs from visiting her aunt, whether this is a step daughter or any other person. Should the niece seek to prevent the step daughter holding the Power of Attorney from visiting her step mother, a court order or injunction can be obtained restraining the niece from acting in this manner as she has no lawful power to do so. She cannot act in this manner of seeking to prevent other people meeting her aunt. It is delusional on the part of the niece to think she has power to decide who gets to meet her aunt.
